Proposed Orders

Counties that will accept a Proposed Order
Most Texas counties will accept an eFiled Proposed Order.  You may not upload the Proposed Order as the lead document or with the lead document or it will be rejected by the clerk.  The proposed order must be uploaded in the “Attachment” field.  However, the Brazoria District Clerk will only accept an order if the attorney submits the order with a cover letter as the lead document.  In Brazoria District, if an order is submitted with a motion, it will be rejected; or if an order by itself, it will be rejected.  The order must be with a cover letter and the proposed order must be an attachment.

Currently, the only county that will not accepted an eFiled Proposed Order is Randall District.  Please do not eFile Proposed Orders to the Randall District Clerk.
