We want to enable our clients to use the power of the Internet even when the opposing counsel is operating with older generation technologies. With our new Internet faxing service, you can manage all of your service needs in one step.

If opposing counsel does not accept eService, you can now electronically fax them through CaseFileXpress. In one step, you can load all opposing counsel for your case and choose to use CFX Fax or eService. When choosing CFX Fax just enter the fax number and click continue. We do the rest for you.  We will send the cover page along with the documents uploaded for service.

The filer will receive a receipt or "proof of service" via email. The proof of service includes the Document Type, Case Name, Cause Number, Date and Time of Service, Jurisdiction, Trace Number, Documents Filed, and Party(s) of Record. As always, you can rely on CaseFileXpress to deliver your documents timely without the stress of time consuming manual processes.
