“I would like to commend you on the training session: to think that I was resisting (for at least a year now) having to attend the training for electronic case filing. Of course, our firm has a host of legal assistants. Thus, I thought I could get away with not attending. However, the firm's partner finally "put his foot down." I am, now, so glad that I attended. That one hour of training went so quickly. The presentation was truly effectual; the information was presented in a very comprehensible format. The delivery and instructions were superb. I left the training session with a sigh of relief that my apprehension was for naught. Although, I probably won't get it correct the first time, I know that help is only "finger tips" away. Thank you for hosting such a well-spent training session. (Please feel free to post this on your webpage.)”
