How do I login to the new system?
To log in, go to www.fileandservexpress.com and click the red login button. Choose to file in the "new" system or access the "prior" system.
Why doesn't my old bookmark work?
If you use bookmarks, please create a bookmark for the new login page at www.fileandservexpress.com.
Why won't my password work in the new system?
If you have not already answered challenge questions and reset your password, you will need the temporary password emailed by File & ServeXpress on June 3rd or 4th. If you do not have the temporary password, please contact our Customer Support and we will reset your password. If you store credit card information, please store this information in the new system. For security reasons, this information was not converted. From the Dashboard select "Change Payment Information".
Why isn't the service list populating for my case?
If you are the first party to file on the case in the new FSX system, you will be required to enter the service list. Each time you file you should verify the service list. This list is created by our users and is not a function of the court's case management system.
Can I create a draft filing or update the service list before I want to file?
Drafts/Service List - you may create a draft in advance of a filing. Follow the steps to submit a filing, on the Confirm & Submit page click the Draft button. This will save your filing on your Dashboard, and it will update the service list for all parties to the case.
What system do judges use to file orders?
Judges and Attorneys are using the new FSX system. Both are using the same service list.
Will information from the old system be converted to the new system?
Documents from the old system will be converted to the new system later this year.
How do I add and remove delegates?
If needed, delegates can be added/removed by your Firm Manager or FSX Customer Support. The document types and court fees listed in the drop down list in Step 2 are provided by the clerk's office.
Do I have to pay for rejected filings?
No. Payment is not processed for rejected filings. If the clerk rejects your filing, please make the appropriate correction, based on the clerk's comments, and resubmit immediately.
Why did the filing fee increase?
The increase in fees is due to the payment processing vendor and is not attributable to File & ServeXpress.
What Browsers do you support?
The application is best viewed on IE 6+ for PC. Performance of the application cannot be guaranteed with other browsers and operating systesm, such as Safari for Macintosh. Please notify FSX Customer Support if you have issues with using the system in your browser.
