get started eFiling:
1. Register for eFiling: You must register with CaseFileXpress
before you can eFile with the courts. CaseFileXpess is an approved eFiling
Service Provider (EFSP) for Texas State Courts through TexasOnline and

2. Log in to CaseFileXpress: Sign in, choose a pricing plan,
and you're ready to start eFiling immediately!
3. CaseFileXpress requires the use of cookies to access the
site. If you attempt to login and you are brought back to the login page
without an error message, you need to enable cookies.
4. This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer 6+ for PC.
