Registration with CaseFileXpress is free. There are no costs associated with registering. You are charged when documents are submitted to the Court Clerk or opposing counsel only.

If your firm is currently registered with CaseFileXpress, a Firm Registration Code was created by your firm administrator.  To make sure you are properly registered and linked to your firm, please contact your firm administrator or our customer support representative at info@cfxpress.com or 877-433-4533.

The code can consist of numbers and letters and is up to 15 characters in length.

If you are the first filer to register for your firm, we will ask you to create the Firm Registration Code. We offer two options for registering filers to use CFX.

1. If you want to register a few filers for your firm, please click "Single User" from the drop down. Follow the prompts to register. You will need to repeat this process for each filer that you are registering. You will be asked to accept terms and conditions during the registration process.

2. If you have a large firm with numerous filers to register, click "Batch Registration," download, complete, and return the required documents to us and we will register your filers for you.

Please select the location and registration type for which you are registering and click continue.
