CaseFileXpress Adds Training in prep for Texas Supreme Court Mandate

The webinar, which is in addition to CaseFileXpress' monthly webinar training series, is scheduled for September 8th at 10:00 a.m. CDT and will focus on specifics around filing within the Texas Supreme Court and Appellate Courts. The Texas Supreme Court cleared the way for the expansion into the upper courts in March with the release of the eFiling amendments to the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. When the Supreme Court, as well as the First, Third, Fifth, Eleventh and Fourteenth Appellate Courts went live for eFiling earlier this year, CaseFileXpress clients had immediate access to eFile.
