Getting Started to efile in DC Superior Court
Even if you do not need to eFile on a case, you must register with CaseFileXpress in the event that opposing counsel needs to eServe you. For new registrations, you will register your firm first and create a firm registration code. Next, you will register individuals in your firm with the associated firm code. Everyone that uses CaseFileXpress will need their own user-id and password including but not limited to attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and legal secretaries.
