PLEASE NOTE JUDICIAL CALENDAR CHANGES BELOW:

The calendar switches for the Civil Division are posted below. Unless the judges otherwise advise you, motions that are ripe after December 30, 2011, will be handled by the incoming judge. Therefore, you should start serving the incoming and the outgoing judge with any motion filed after December 10, 2011, and with any filings that involve a motion that will be ripe by December 30, 2011. From December 31, 2011 forward, the outgoing judge should be served only with filings relating to motions the outgoing judge is retaining (those ripe as of December 30 or, those otherwise indicated by the judge as being retained).

The following table lists the calendar assignments for the Civil Division and Probate & Tax effective January 1, 2012:
